My style of acupuncture is gentle, reliant upon presence, and based on principles of Japanese, Classical Chinese, and Esoteric acupuncture. I will be spending time with you before your treatment, getting to know you, asking questions, using the teachings of this ancient medicine, and listening to determine the root cause of your concerns. More advanced sessions will include focused bodywork (John Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach®, craniosacral therapy, AMMA Therapy® ), or Rice Grain/Gold Moxa, cupping, and/or gua sha.

A Bach Flower Consultation involves a holistic assessment of an individual's emotional state and well-being, conducted by a Bach Flower Practitioner who has extensive training in using the Bach Flower Remedies. Based on the assessment, a personalized Bach Flower formula is then created, consisting of up to seven flower essences tailored to address the individual's emotional imbalances and support their emotional healing. These natural remedies, developed by Dr. Edward Bach, are believed to positively influence emotions, promoting mental and emotional harmony, also easing physical complaints that have an emotional origin.

The Mei Zen cosmetic acupuncture protocol is a specialized form of acupuncture that focuses on improving skin health and reducing signs of aging. It does this in part by harmonizing internal imbalances, improving the appearance of the face and neck by promoting deeper health. This technique involves the insertion of very small and fine needles into specific facial and body points to stimulate blood circulation, collagen production, and overall skin vitality. Mei Zen cosmetic acupuncture enhances natural beauty by promoting a healthy complexion and addressing various skin concerns. It is also deeply relaxing and calming and ends with a facial and neck massage.

PLEASE NOTE: Prior to being able to schedule this session, all new patients MUST schedule the Mei Zen Screening appointment to see if they are a good candidate for Mei Zen. If you are not an existing patient in my practice, or if you have not been screened for Mei Zen, please select the Mei Zen screening session first. If you are a good candidate for Mei Zen, the protocol consists a discounted package of ten (10) sessions, delivered over a five (5) week period (i.e., a commitment of two sessions per week for five consecutive weeks).
